We are thrilled to announce Netcon Americas’ new client, MCM Telecom. Located in Mexico, the organization delivers essential connectivity services for complex hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, IT security, and omnichannel collaboration solutions.

Leveraging its expertise, MCM Telecom empowers its clients to seamlessly connect their offices and data centers to a diverse array of cloud service providers, offering outstanding availability, performance, and response times. This strategic partnership aims to pave the way for fresh perspectives in the telecommunications and network management landscape.

Deployment and operation of ConnectMaster

Operating in over 200 data centers in Mexico’s major cities, the company offers a wide range of more than 1,000 Software as a Service (SaaS) business applications to its clients and will utilize ConnectMaster to enhance its operational efficiency. The software will allow MCM Telecom to integrate infrastructure and network service management to support critical engineering, operations, and business processes. This integration will result in a unified and up-to-date view of information, facilitating strategic decision-making at various levels.


The deployment of ConnectMaster will be offered as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution, hosted and managed by Netcon Americas, leveraging AWS’s cutting-edge technologies to ensure high availability. This configuration offers several advantages, further improving operational efficiency and the quality services provided by MCM Telecom.

Netcon WebTools and Netcon Platform API Solutions

As part of the project’s scope, we will expand the capabilities of our Netcon WebTools and Netcon Platform API solutions, responsible for orchestrating feasibility process, reservation and provisioning services to integrate geospatial analysis features to support corporate decision-making.

These solutions will result in heightened automation within business management processes, reduced customer activation timelines, expedited network fault resolution, and improved collaboration between field teams and engineering departments. Consequently, it will provide greater control and visibility over the relevant business KPIs for continuous improvement.
